While it is warm during the day, the nights have started to get pretty chilly. Kosse is not very cooperative about keeping a hat on, but here are a few pics I managed to get before he pulled it off for the tenth time after I put it on again and again. I smile to myself at how determined he can be once he has made a decision.
I definitely see Dickson/Feerer facial traits in the last picture!

Let's Talk Toilets....
Problem: lever is broken.
Hard to see but the plastic piece that should be connected to the handle is at the bottom of the tank.
Moma's helper:
Solution: a new handle system that cost $1.97-not too bad I guess.
Several things to remember when doing this for the first time: 1. If something isn't turning one way, it's likely to turn the other way. In my defense I thought loosening was counterclockwise. Hence, lefty loosey, righty tighty. But I guess there's exceptions to everything. 2. That black hose will shoot up and with some force squirt water all over you, the walls, the ceiling, and Kosse who squealed with delight. and 3. The water is clean and not "icky" even though it is in the toilet and has that "feel" of ickiness to it.
Mission completed! Or not..it does not stay open long enough and you have to hold the handle down, but I will figure this out!

Clear Some Space
Ky and Kosse's dad found a pile of games, helmets, etc. for great prices at a secondhand store and this game was one of the treats. It is a Lion King circle of life domino game. Ky loves playing it and has decided that whoever wins the last "match" gets to sit in the center.
Pizza under the table, anyone?
As a special treat, the boys and I ate at the Pizza Hut buffet. Look how big my boys are getting:
During this series of photos, Kosse is reaching and grabbing various bites of food from Ky's plate. (Notice he does have food on his own plate.)
Kosse was undeterred by Ky's attempts to shield his food and Ky decided to eat in peace....
Under the table....
Sometimes, you have to search for a place to be alone! Obviously, I didn't let him stay there; but I did get a small chuckle!

Happy Halloween!
Well, we survived trick or treating! I had a great time watching the kids and how excited they were. My little mouse made it about halfway and fell asleep snuggly in my arms! The older kids exclaimed at the close of the night, "We got the most candy ever!"

| Mellanee gave all the kids glowing necklaces. Here they are watching in wonder how they "come on" when you shake them. |

| Enough with the photos, let's go! |
