What a great morning we had yesterday scooping, saying "eww!" and carving! I think my little artists made some good looking jack-o-lanterns!

 Carving can be exhausting...

People say don't wake a sleeping baby, but surely a few smooches on his cheek won't bother him too much...

Belly update pics at 21 weeks....I'm excited for the ultrasound on Monday morning.  Any last guesses as to whether our coming family member is a boy or girl?

Halfway there!

Belly update at 20 weeks...I'm excited to have the ultrasound on the 22nd.  Any guesses about boy or girl?  The morning sickness seems to be going away and the heartburn is starting. But it will all be worth it for our family's coming blessing!

Kosse is holding his phone and saying, "Say cheese" and making a clicking noise.  It's funny to think that kids his age think taking pictures is more common on a phone than on a camera.

Do Chefs Carry Backpacks?

Kosse has been upset that Ky, Symphony and Xara leave for school without him.  When I tried to explain that he is not old enough yet, he protested, "But I have a backpack, Moma!"  A school bus drove by as we were getting home one morning and he told me that he was going to go on the bus...with his backpack.  Since he has cried real tears over the fact that he doesn't get to go, I thought I should try harder to find things he can participate in that are new for him to learn.  Today we tackled making foil dinners.  He is a great chef!

Not a lot going on here.  I'm working at cleaning the house and the boys are doing there best to "unclean" it!

16 Weeks Today!

I might have a hard time believing I was 4 months along if it weren't for the growing belly! Love you, baby!  Kosse has now started telling me there is a baby in his tummy...I hope this is a sign of excitement for the chance to be a big brother!
