Welcome, Charlie!

On his due date (can u believe it?) cutie Charlie decided to come out and greet the world at 7lbs 15 oz and 20 inches long!  Happy Birthday, Charlie!  Auntie can't wait to be with you and kiss those cutie cheeks!  Thank you for the pictures;  I wish I could reach through them....

Park Time!

I heard this saying once that "it's not the letting go that hurts, it's the holding on" and it really has always stuck with me...but I must say that watching Kosse grow and accomplish new feats gives me a strange mixture of pride and moma heart attacks!  I'm sure all parents reading this understand the tugs at one's heart strings that come along with parenting and learning to let go....while still holding on.

After bouncing and running and jumping and lots of other verbs, we stopped at Braum's for a special treat...

Pig Birds

The bird feeder Kosse received for his birthday from Auntie Amber and Uncle Lucas has given the boys and I much pleasure.  Yesterday I saw quite possibly the most beautiful cardinal chowing down....and I do mean chowing down.  It must be the only feeder in the area because we filled it on Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday morning, this was the scene....

Ky was very careful about replacing the top after we refilled it.
